First, check if there is a charger, a tapping mechanism, and a remote control. Try tapping magic first. Can it tap? If not, charge the tapping mechanism for about half an hour, then remove the thin sheet at the bottom of the remote control and press the power of the remote control to see if the tapping mechanism bounces. If it doesn’t bounce, the electronics inside the remote control may be out of power. Please replace the electronics
Reminder: It is not recommended to use a 100 watt or 60 watt fast charger for tapping the movement. It is recommended to use a computer, laptop, car charger, or slow charger to charge the movement. Fast chargers can easily damage the movement.
