How to install the product
1. Open the box and take out the positioning film, stick the positioning film on the outside of the helmet lens, pay attention to the distance between the upper edge of the lens and the electric heating lens (Area A) as far as possible to be greater than 15mm, to avoid scratching the waterproof tape on the helmet when the lens is opened;
2. Remove the helmet shield lens, clean the inside of the lens (the side of the face), flip the lens and place it on a clean table;
3. Tear off the release paper of 3M glue on both sides of the electric heating lens (remember not to tear off all the release paper), bend the electric heating lens to an arc similar to that of the helmet shield lens, and paste the electric heating lens on the helmet shield lens. inside;
4. After the position of the electric heating lens is finally determined, tear off the release paper of the remaining 3m adhesive strip and press the adhesive strip;
5. Tear off the release paper on the adhesive surface of the FPC flexible cable, and turn the flexible cable from the inside of the helmet shield lens to the outside of the helmet shield lens (the flexible cable is reserved in the power box with a length of 8-20mm, and loosen it The screw can gently pull the cable to increase the length), tear off the 3m adhesive release paper of the external power supply box, paste the external power supply box in a position that does not affect the line of sight, tear off the protective film on the surface of the electric heating lens, tear off the positioning film, and put the helmet on. The visor lens is put back into the helmet;
6. Paste the wire socket on the helmet to fix the wire plug;
7. Connect the car power cable to the 12V car power supply (red positive, black negative) or connect the USB cable to the 2A output port of the power bank.

Came on time. Package was acceptable, hard box with instructions and although it was under pressure at some point in the delivery process, it survived. Film was easy to install, and the results are visible in the pictures. Test was done with usb power bank, heated up pretty quickly (i was expecting some delay). Also has the cable to use 12v from bike. The usb connector is a little bulky and gets warm for some reason. Film has kind of a mirror effect, i installed it on a standard visor (hjc rpha 70 st size large) and it’s a good fit. Adhesives look good for now, will update if ever fail. Looks like the temperature controller serves no purpose while on usb, looks like it only works with 12v. Overall: surely worth the price, i’m happy with it and can only hope it lasts

Installation is simple, the heating works well. I haven’t had a chance to test it on a ride yet.

I looked all over and this was the only place to find this item. I rode today in a heavy rain, temperature in the 40s f, visor stayed clear the whole way. There were some halos and double vision until it warmed up. After that everything was clear.

The heated visor works just great. It has 3 power modes and can be powered both directly from 12V and from 5V via an adapter.

For winterrider a must have. Never had an as good view as with a heated visor insert. You can use it with any powerbank or directly from bikes battery. A 10’000 mah powerbank lasts for about 5 hours of riding on full power.

I have bought this product for antifog wich actually a good idea to have it on power, but after of 3 weeks of using is start to have inside fog wich like inside the plastic. And the conection don’t stick properly and manage to break it. Not happy as i spend a good amount of money on it
