The bag looks very nice, and the outside texture is lush. There are two zipped pockets at the front, one zipped pocket at the back, and the inside is divided into two compartments – one general compartment, and one for your laptop (with a velcro strap for securing it in place, and another zipped pocket). The shoulder strap is adjustable, and it clips to the bag with unusual clasps. (see my close-up photo; it’s not a standard lobster clasp as it opens in the middle not the side.) The laptop compartment is only lightly padded. It has ample room for a laptop inside a sleeve, which i’d strongly recommend. I can understand what another reviewer meant by the noisy, papery fabric! The bag is lined with a very stiff, thin, rustling fabric that makes a lot of noise when you touch it. I can totally live with that, but it might bother some people. The zips all operate nicely, and the handles are comfy. Overall, it’s a lovely bag! 🙂
