    Customer –

    Didn’t arrive in a box and i had to assemble it myself which was quite unexpected. Instructions added were concise at best. I managed to assemble the lamp. The height adjustment is less secure than i would wish. Overall the lamp works.

    It was supposedly a good buy however the important knot that locks the stand is missing despite the exhaustive effort of searching it in the make do packaging. The product didnt come in a box but rather break proof foam. Quite a disappointment as it arrived on time. Candle burner works well though.

    Fast delivery, but assembly is difficult with unclear instructions, and if we don’t have the tools, like a small screwdriver, it’s impossible to assemble. The lamp is nice, but it would be better to receive it already functional.

    It came perfect!! the only thing is that they didn’t ship the correct plug. a little heads up, it need to be assembled, but nothing electrical.

    Simply perfect! It came as I ordered, with two bulbs (one spare) and a candle. It came fully assembled, I just inserted the bulb. You can increase or decrease the length of the stem and the intensity of the light as well. At the strongest light, the candle started to melt in just a few minutes and it was already aromatizing the room. Not to mention the timer of 2, 4, or 8 hours. I loved it. I’m in love 😍
