The packaging was a cardboard box without seals, but everything arrived intact. It included a silicone anti-slip mat for the pan, knives, some kind of whisk, lid and motor, and the pan itself. There are stiffening ribs or aids for whisking. It works; I found two speeds but haven’t checked the knives, but new ones are always sharp. In my opinion, the metal gear is an adapter; this plastic part flies first, edges wear off and grip is lost. Well, the first impression is good.

I do not recommend buying this meat grinder. Terribly packaged. The heavy motor is just loose in the box. This motor broke a plastic part, making it impossible to use. Sent it back, got a refund. Waste of time and unpleasant experience. I wanted to order again with a guarantee that it would be well packaged. They only wrote to me not to worry, that the product is of good quality and the packaging will be good. I no longer believe them; they don’t provide a guarantee.

Correos is the worst delivery service in Spain. The package was with them for two weeks before it was delivered. The boxes are all wrinkled. It’s good that the product itself is intact.
