I used it for a very short time, some marks appeared on the cup, most likely from the filter as it touched these parts, and water started leaking where the plastic part is. Delivery was fast, I didn’t communicate with the seller.

The fountain feels of good quality and works well; I had a sensor for the water fountain and it works fine with it. Be careful with the pump that appears in the product image, it is not the same one that comes with it. I say this because I bought prefilters for that pump and when the fountain arrived, I realized that the pump was square. It also doesn’t have anti-slip on the bottom and the only thing holding the pump is the silicone hose that comes with it. These are details that do not bother me but should be taken into consideration. It only comes with one filter and one pre-filter. It arrived quickly to Chile, I ordered on September 2nd and it arrived on September 9th.

Good fountain, but a bit noisy I bought the rojeco fountain for my kitten, and overall i’m very happy with it. The plastic quality is good, it’s easy to assemble and clean. My cat was immediately interested and started drinking more water, which is great. The only downside is that the fountain is a bit noisy, especially when the water level gets low. It’s not a big issue, but keep it in mind if you have sensitive hearing or plan to put it in the bedroom. Overall, a great choice for pets. I recommend it, especially if your cat doesn’t like drinking from a regular bowl.

EU model was ordered and US model arrived. with another engine. When asking for explanations, they respond that I should watch YouTube videos about its use (?). ). Beyond that, adapting it for use, it works well. does not make noise. The motor, not being the one that corresponds, seems to not deliver enough power. Box received damaged but product in good condition.
