I normally buy clippings for my hair all the time, but i’ve never received a set of clippings where the very tip or i should say the very beginning of the clip and it seems like the hair was sliced off to make the package or the extension thinner so now we have one clipping where the hair is thin however, the top where the clipping begins it’s bulky because it has pieces of hair that seems to have been cut off to make the clipping thinner and each, and every clipping came like that

Don’t waste your time. They sent 16 inch instead of 18 inch i ordered. However they tried to lie saying that’s the correct item. Item on the left is other store’s 18 inch and on the left is their 18 inch they advertise. They tried to lie saying that is the correct 18inch. Had to have customer service to intervene.
